Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Support: Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive the company's strategic initiatives and key priorities.

- Execution Leadership: Lead high-priority projects and initiatives to ensure seamless execution and alignment across teams.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison across departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between leadership and teams.

- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline processes and improve overall effectiveness.

- Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change efforts to foster a culture of growth, efficiency, and collaboration.

- Advisory Role: Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team on critical decisions and organizational matters.

- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of key initiatives.
