The impact that you will be making:

We are looking for a highly strategic, execution-oriented, and operationally strong Engineering Operations Lead who will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Engineering as a trusted partner and operational proxy.

This role will function as the Chief of Staff to the SVP Engineering and will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness, execution rigor, operational maturity, and cross-functional alignment across the engineering organization.

Operating at the intersection of engineering, product, delivery, business operations, governance, and organizational strategy, this individual will help ensure that critical priorities are translated into structured execution plans, operating mechanisms are institutionalized, and organizational initiatives move forward with clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

This is a high-visibility and high-impact role that requires strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, operational discipline, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across teams without direct authority.

In This Role, You Will:

- Act as a strategic partner to the SVP Engineering.

- Drive engineering operational excellence and institutionalize scalable operational rhythms.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Business Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in engineering operations, strategy & operations, program management, PMO, or chief of staff roles.

- Experience in high-growth SaaS, AI/ML, or product engineering organizations is strongly preferred.

- High proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools including Jira, Confluence, and dashboarding tools.
