Impact Analytics - Associate Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Product Manager to drive the roadmap and lifecycle of our next-generation enterprise supply chain products.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business logistics and cutting-edge technology, ensuring our enterprise solutions remain agile, scalable, and user-centric.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

- Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Own the product roadmap and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and execution to launch and post-release optimization.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and core Business teams to translate product vision into actionable technical execution.

- Requirements & Scope Definition: Define detailed product requirements, write comprehensive user stories, and manage release scoping to ensure predictable product delivery.

- Metrics & Analytics: Establish and track key product success metrics (KPIs) to analyze performance, measure user engagement, and drive platform adoption.

- Optimization & Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage development costs, and champion continuous process and product improvements.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

Experience & Domain Knowledge:

- 6+ years of proven experience in Product Management, specifically managing software products from conception to launch.

- Deep hands-on experience working with Enterprise-level software, such as Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms.

Technical & Process Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience running sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.

- Advanced, daily hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking deliverables and maintaining clear documentation.
