Designation : Associate Product Manager

Location : WFO - Pune

Mode : Full time

Key Responsibilities

Integrations Management


- Drive integrations with leading HR tech ecosystems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, MS Teams, Slack, etc.).

- Define integration requirements, map data flows, and work with engineering to ensure high scalability and interoperability.

- Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage end-to-end integration lifecycles.

Conversational Platform Development

- Shape and enhance the AI-powered conversational layer that drives employee interaction.

- Collaborate with data science teams to fine-tune conversational intelligence and response quality.

- Leverage analytics to continuously improve the conversational UX and personalization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.

- Support go-to-market, training, and adoption initiatives in partnership with marketing and customer success teams.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

- Define success metrics and measure feature adoption and engagement.

- Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization and iteration decisions.

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management preferably in SaaS or HR Tech domains.

- B.E. in Computer Science or related field + MBA (preferred in Product Management, Technology Management, or AI specialization)

- Strong technical acumen - you understand APIs, data models at a conceptual level.

- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, especially in conversational AI or NLP-based applications.

- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on integrations or platform products.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a bias for action.

- A self-starter mindset - comfortable operating in a high-velocity, agile environment.
