Role Title: Specialist Information Technology & Systems.

Role Summary:

As the Specialist of IT & Systems at Immuneel Therapeutics Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for planning, identifying, implementing, and managing all aspects of our IT System and infrastructure including ERP Application Need to collaborate closely with department heads to ensure the effective delivery of IT solutions that support our business objectives.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to align technology initiatives with the companys strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the organization's objectives.

- Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership and management to the IT department, including recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development of team members.

- IT Operations: Overseethe day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.

- Information Security: Develop and implement robustinformation security policies (ISMS) and procedures to protect the organization's data and IT assets.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior executives, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their IT needs and align IT initiatives with business goals.

- Technology Evaluation and Implementation: Stayabreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget,ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

- Regulatory Compliance: Responsible for ensuring compliance of all GxPsoftware and software-based systems to applicable regulations like HIPAA, FDA etc.

- Guidanceand Support: Offer guidance and support to IT staff members, assisting them in their daily activities, problem-solving, and decision-making processes.

- Review and approval of QMS documents as required.

Primary Objectives:

- Ensure High Availability and Reliability of IT Systems: Maintain uptime and reliability of critical IT systems to support uninterrupted research, development, manufacturing, and regulatory operations.

- That supports the companys goal of operational excellence by minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous access to essential IT resources.

- IT Security and Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations (such as GxP, FDA guidelines).

-That mitigates risks associated with data breaches or non-compliance, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining trust with regulatory bodies.

- Implement Robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans: Develop and maintain comprehensive plans for disaster recovery and business continuity to minimize disruptions.

- Mitigating risks associated with IT outages or disasters, ensuring resilience and readiness to respond to emergencies.

Competencies Required:

- Familiarity with configuring and managing SIEMs, IPSEC, Firewall, TLS/SSL Encryption applications/devices.

- Experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.

- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, and security protocols.

- Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
