Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight & Management: Supervise, monitor, and manage the deployment and overall manpower of security personnel across multiple client sites within your assigned region.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), all relevant statutory regulations, and specific client requirements for security and operational protocols.
Performance & Improvement: Conduct regular site visits to review operational performance, address on-site concerns, and implement continuous operational improvements.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the region, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on attendance, incidents, manpower gaps, and daily operations to management and clients.
Staffing & Development: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of field staff in close coordination with the HR department.
Discipline & Professionalism: Ensure the discipline, uniform compliance, and professional conduct of all deployed manpower, upholding the company's standards.
Incident Management: Handle incident investigations thoroughly, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate with concerned internal and external departments for effective resolution.
Financial Coordination: Work closely with billing and accounts teams to facilitate accurate invoice generation and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts and support sales teams in generating new leads and proposals.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in security/manpower operations or facility management, with a proven track record in managing multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of guard force management, deployment planning, and applicable labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective client interaction and team management.
- Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a field-intensive role with frequent travel across various client sites within the region.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, various reporting tools, and familiarity with GPS tracking/attendance systems.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline (preferably in Management or related fields).
Compensation: Negotiable as per experience and industry standards
