Immigration Security Services - Manager - Accounts

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Manager - Accounts with 10-12 years of relevant experience to lead our accounting functions.

You'll be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll accounting.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and tax laws.

Lead and support internal and external audits.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights to management.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control within the accounting department.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.

Reconciliation & Analysis: Perform complex account reconciliations and in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Taxation: Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including TDS, GST, and income tax filings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10-12 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Indian GAAP, Ind AS) and financial reporting standards.

- Proven experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle Financials) and MS Excel.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting; CA/CMA qualification is highly preferred
