Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager - HR with 5-10 years of relevant experience in payroll and statutory compliances.

You'll be a key player in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, meticulous adherence to all labor laws, and seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.

Statutory Compliances: Ensure meticulous compliance with all Indian labor laws and statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable acts.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate payroll records, prepare detailed reports, and handle all necessary statutory filings and submissions.

Audits & Inspections: Prepare for and facilitate internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliances.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with finance, legal, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies.

Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.

Query Resolution: Address employee queries and concerns related to payroll, taxes, and statutory deductions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and statutory compliances in India.

- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws (PF Act, ESI Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Gratuity Act).

- Proven experience with payroll software/HRIS systems.

- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field (MBA)
