Required Experience
- 6 to 8 years of experience in the field of Global Immigration operations.
- Working experience with various immigration applications (e.g., visa processing systems).
- Knowledge of business visas, H1, L1, and ROW work permits.
- Preferred certifications in immigration law or related fields.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leading customer interactions for product implementation and support activities.
- Understanding client requirements and addressing their expectations.
- Eliciting and organizing business requirements from customers and documenting them.
- Analyzing business processes of customers and designing customer-specific functional solutions through the product.
- Recommending product enhancements and updates in line with the product roadmap, immigration process changes, and customer expectations.
- Maintaining complete documentation for all product-related activities.
- Tracking global immigration process changes and their impact on the application.
- Conducting quarterly reviews with clients and maintaining client relationships.
- Providing training and support to clients on immigration processes and product usage
