
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and research.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements.
- Simplify and clarify requirements to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Documentation & Communication:
- Prepare detailed process documentation, business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Ensure requirements are well-communicated, understood, and agreed upon by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and development teams.
Analysis & Recommendations:
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
- Report on common sources of technical issues, challenges, or gaps and provide actionable recommendations to the product team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to solution optimization.
Stakeholder Management:
- Own and nurture relationships with business partners, external vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with partners to optimize and enhance system integrations and workflows.
- Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment across all levels of stakeholders.
Project Support:
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery by ensuring requirements are traceable and testable.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating test cases against requirements.
- Ensure requirements closure and post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing expertise.
- Solid understanding of systems engineering concepts and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Basic knowledge of creating and managing process documentation, workflows, and data models.
- Hands-on experience in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques (Excel, SQL, or BI tools) to support requirements validation.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
