It is headquartered in Paris and is a constituent of the CAC Mid 60 index, listed on the Paris Stock Excahnge Reporting: EHS Business Process Owner Location : Delhi Job Purpose : - The EHS Project Management Officer is responsible of the success of the Make IT#1 EHS project and deployments across Imerys countries and Divisions. She/He provides a organizational and technical drive to Divisions during the EHS rollouts. - The EHS Project Management Officer's prime responsibility is to support the EHS Business Process Owner and EHS Project Manager in the project management activities (tracking against plan, action log, status report, critical path, meetings preparation and minutes, knowledge of the EHS solution, setup of enhancements ). He/she prepares and industrializes the roll out methodology. Requirements: Education: B.E./B.Tech. in IT/Information Systems or B.Sc. IT/Information Systems. MBA - good to have not a must Experience :&nbsp;2 years to 7 years - Have a good knowledge and understanding of application architecture - Strong influencing skills to develop an effective regional/country network and promote effective transfer of good practices. - English (Advanced), fluency in one or more other international languages desirable not must. Role and responsibilities : - Respects the EHS project timelines and report on a weekly/monthly basis the actual and forecast to EHS Business Process Owner and EHS Project Manager - Adheres to the Make IT#1 Project Management methodology and principles - Ensure the follow up project milestone plan - Follows established prioritization of the project and enhancements - Build the Roll-Out Methodology with: - A description of tasks and responsibilities by phase - A toolkit covering all materials for each phase - A Global roadmap and detailed planning - A rollout governance - Coordinates country resources to participate to workshops and testing - Reports to the Country Project Manager/Director on Country resources availability - Organize, plan and follow the training of end users - Ensures that end users training is completed for the Country - Be trained on EHS solution setup and development - Build and deliver enhancements to the solution (Forms, Reports, Workflows,- ) - Train the future Imerys Core Model Center of Excellence to take over the solution at the end of the project
