Job Description Head, Product and Alliances, ISFB

Work Ex: 10+ years | Designation: Vice President | Location: Mumbai

The Vice President - Product & Alliances will own the end-to-end product vision, design, and delivery of ISFBs Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs, while also building and scaling strategic academic, industry, and global partnerships. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for shaping ISFBs academic differentiation, employability outcomes, and long-term institutional moat.

Product Strategy & Academic Design

- Own the overall product roadmap for UG and PG programs across Finance, Business, AI, FinTech, and allied domain, along with program architecture and curriculum (core, electives)

- Ensure tight alignment between academic rigor and industry relevance via our new-age pedagogy and alignment with global certifications such as CFA, ACCA, etc.

- Continuously evolve programs based on market trends, student feedback, outcomes and data

Strategic Alliances & Partnerships

- Build and scale partnerships across Industry, Academia and Certification Partners

- Own alliance lifecycle across outreach, commercial structuring, contracting and ongoing relations

- Build delivery partnerships with outcomes via projects, case studies, co-branded labs or COE

- Outcome partnerships across internships, placements, immersions and exchange programs

Faculty, Mentors & Advisory Ecosystem

- Build a strong mentor and advisory council ecosystem across industry and academia

- Design and execute the faculty strategy across full-time, visiting, global, and practitioner faculty

- Ensure faculty and mentors are deeply embedded into curriculum, projects and career outcomes

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Work closely with Admissions & Sales, Marketing & Brand and Operations & Delivery

- Translate product vision into clear internal playbooks and external narratives

Qualifications

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in building programs, alliances or partnerships

- Demonstrated experience in managing academic councils, external faculties and collaborations

- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong understanding of global education benchmarks across finance and business education

- High ownership mindset; comfortable in a zero-to-one and scale-up environment
