You will lead a team of content creators and collaborate with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality content across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in content marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for education technology. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the overall content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. - Lead and manage a team of content creators, including writers, designers, and videographers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content. - Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand business objectives, target audience, and market trends to align content strategy accordingly. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities. - Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging and relevant content across various channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, webinars, and more. - Work with the GTM & product team create fresh and attractive content for new program launches. - Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, lead conversion, and adjust strategies as needed. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and education technology. - Revamp all the current active content on web site, blog sites as well as email automation content. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. - Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager, Head, or similar role in the Ed Tech industry. - Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of content creators. - Proficient in using content management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. - Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize content performance. - Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. - We offer a competitive salary package and a supportive work environment that encourages learning and growth.
