As the marketing head for Indias leading entertainment destinations, candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative, data-driven, and creative marketing strategies that shape how millions of guests experience leisure and adventure in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Leadership: Define and evolve the brand identity, voice, and positioning for each park and sub-brand, building lasting brand equity through compelling narratives.
- Digital & Performance Marketing: Lead ROI-driven digital initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, and social media, leveraging data-led strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Consumer Insights & Strategy: Harness market research, analytics, and consumer behavior insights to shape product-market fit, enhance customer experience, and guide brand strategy.
- Integrated Campaign Management: Conceptualize and execute high-impact 360 marketing campaigns across print, outdoor, digital, and on-ground platforms in collaboration with creative and media partners.
- Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Build and manage valuable partnerships with travel operators, tourism boards, influencers, media houses, and F&B brands to unlock new business opportunities and distribution channels.
- Growth & Revenue Optimization: Collaborate closely with sales and park operations teams to drive visitor footfalls, ticketing growth, promotional offers, and revenue-maximizing initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, CRM, content, and design, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and results.
- Marketing Innovation & Technology: Champion the adoption of marketing automation, Marketing Tech, and AI-powered solutions to enhance operational efficiency, personalization, and campaign impact.
Experience:
- MBA in Marketing or related field from a reputed institution.
- 12+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior strategic role.
- Proven track record in building brands and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in digital-first consumer brands, media-driven environments, or experience-led industries preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and execution excellence.
