Job Title: Digital Strategist

Designation: Senior Manager

Experience: Minimum 8 to 9 years

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a highly driven Digital Strategist to lead the end-to-end digital growth roadmap for the brand. The role will be responsible for driving website conversions, year-on-year digital revenue growth, and full-funnel performance marketing across owned and paid digital platforms.

- The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution expertise across programmatic advertising and emerging digital platforms.

Digital Growth & Website Conversion Strategy:

- Own and execute the digital roadmap to enhance website performance, CRO, and end-to-end user experience from discovery to booking.

- Drive YoY growth in website-led revenue across tickets, season passes, add-ons, and experiences.

- Lead CRO initiatives including A/B testing, landing page optimization, heatmaps, funnel diagnostics, and personalization in partnership with UX, tech, and product teams.

Performance & Programmatic Advertising:

- Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across display, video, native, and OTT platforms to drive scale and efficiency.

- Own paid media strategy across Meta, Snapchat, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and emerging performance channels.

- Manage large performance budgets with a strong focus on ROI, attribution modeling, creative effectiveness, and cost efficiency.

Platform & Channel Expertise:

- Demonstrate deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Snapchat Ads, and other social and performance platforms.

- Pilot new-age platforms, creator-led advertising, retail media, and innovative ad formats relevant to youth, families, and experience seekers.

- Build robust audience strategies using first-party data, retargeting, lookalikes, and contextual targeting.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights:

- Own performance dashboards and reporting for leadership reviews and strategic decision-making.

- Leverage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Analytics, heatmaps, and attribution tools to track and optimize performance.

- Translate data into actionable insights to continuously refine campaigns across the full customer journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with Brand, Tech, CRM, and Offline Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

- Align digital strategies with seasonal calendars, park launches, events, offers, and new attractions.

- Support lifecycle, remarketing, and retention initiatives to improve frequency, repeat visits, and customer lifetime value.

Experience & Skills:

- 8-12 years of experience in digital strategy, performance marketing, or growth roles, with a proven record of scaling website conversions and online revenue.

- Strong hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising, paid social platforms (Meta, Instagram, Snapchat mandatory), and managing large media budgets with agencies.

- Deep understanding of CRO, funnel optimization, analytics, and attribution, with a strategic yet execution-focused mindset.
