Image Manager/ Associate Image Manager - PR @ Bangalore, India  Our client is a leading PR Agency and they need to fill the following position asap.  Position : Image Manager/ Associate Image Manager - PR  Education : Post Graduation - Public Relations, Journalism, Management and Communications  Experience : 3 - 6 Years ( Candidates with 1-3 years experience will be considered for Sr Image Executive/ Image Executive slot ). FMCG, Consumer & Brand exposure would be an ideal fit. Any non-tech domain exposure will also fit in.  Location : Bangalore  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  1. Evaluating Service quality by maintaining client liaison. Finalizing communication documents for the client. Briefing network team on client activity and ensuring its success. Media Delivery management. Ensuring preparing and implementation of plans. Media Relationship management. Media database management. Collections as per contract terms and conditions. Creating wow factor. Ensuring 1 big idea per client every quarter.  2. Ensuring support and direction to the team on improving client service delivery. Reviewing team performance on client. Team engagement and motivation. Identifying training needs and intimating the training team and team heads for further action and plan. Driving revenue through VAS. NBD presentation and ideation. Some experience with a PR agency is MANDATORY. 3 - 6 Years experience with FMCG, Consumer & Brand domains would be an ideal fit.
