New Business Development - Marketing & Partnerships
Illumine has worked on several business and cognitive innovations over the years which solve wicked problems at scale in organizations, government and society.
Some examples of innovations:
- Large-Scale Intervention methodologies that can solve the challenge of mindsets, aspirations, shared purpose or alignment in large institutions at speed, scale and with precision & reasonable cost (e.g. 10 lakh central government employees build citizen centric thinking and service orientation across the country)
- AI-powered Knowledge Platforms that harness the power of tacit knowledge to enable collective problem-solving, scale best-practice sharing in distributed environments (e.g. R&D teams of a Global Capability Centre from across different regions/ locations sharing solutions & best practices to problems faced in their local contexts and learning from each other)
- Business Enablement Systems for empowering small businesses / micro-entrepreneurs / dealers as part of a retail network to grow their business in a sustainable manner (e.g. 1 lakh micro-entrepreneurs with diverse business models and services developing business practices and growth mindsets to build a sustainable business)
- Improving Teaching / Training quality at scale in thousands of schools, colleges, organizations with distributed training systems for achieving consistent learning outcomes despite diversity of teachers, learners & geographical reach (e.g. Enabling 15000 first-hand trainers (without any prior training experience) from within the government organizations to deliver cognitive change programs to their teams without loss of quality)
The role will involve the following activities:
1. Business Development Strategy: Identify and map potential markets/clients - focus on industries and organizations that need knowledge-based change
2. Manage network of Partners: Build and enable Illumine's partner network to drive outreach & sales
3. Knowledge-driven relationships: Able to connect and engage with key decision makers and share knowledge enablers in the form of research insights, white papers etc. Go deep and understand knowledge products and frameworks & effectively present them.
4. Knowledge and Communication Products: Able to work closely with internal teams to design and build value propositions, marketing collaterals such as product demos, case studies, etc.
5. Client-centric campaign development and marketing: Identify and enable representation of the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase expertise and build brand authority.
6. Strategic Partnership Management: Proactively identify and evaluate potential partnerships that complement Illumine's solutions and add value to target clients.
Thus far, Illumine's innovations have impacted more than 5 million people and has further contributed to the lives of several millions of citizens.
