What Youll Do:

Strategy & Execution (45%)

- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies, conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and contribute to key strategic projects driving growth.

Stakeholder Coordination & Follow-ups (25%)

- Manage and coordinate follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and alignment across teams.

Leadership Enablement (15%)

- Provide operational support including calendar management, meeting preparations, and facilitation to enable effective leadership workflows.

Reporting & Communication (15%)

- Build dashboards, prepare internal newsletters, and act as a liaison to leadership for smooth information flow and decision-making.

Qualifications:

- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, program management, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and translate it into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proactive mindset with a bias for action and a collaborative spirit.

- Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
