Role and responsibilities:
As our Growth Marketer, you will be the driving force behind how we connect with and nurture our customers throughout their journey. You'll manage our CRM database, segment audiences, and design personalized campaigns that build stronger relationships, re-engage dormant leads, and accelerate conversions. Working closely with Sales, you'll translate insights into targeted messaging that drives engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue across global markets.
CRM & Database Marketing:
- Manage and segment the CRM database to enable personalized, data-driven outreach.
- Design and execute nurture flows to re-engage dormant leads and improve lead-to-customer conversions.
Campaign Design & Execution:
- Plan and run outreach campaigns across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.), tailored to regional preferences (UAE, Malaysia, US).
- Create compelling content and campaign assets to support lead activation, nurturing, and acquisition.
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, formats, and cadences to enhance performance.
Performance & Insights:
- Track key campaign metrics (open/click rates, conversions, pipeline contribution).
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for Sales and Marketing leadership.
Sales Alignment:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to translate insights into targeted campaigns.
- Support lead nurturing across the MQL - SQL - Closed-Won funnel stages.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or database marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Email Marketing, and Content Creation Tools
- Database Tools: Apollo, Clay, Dripify
- Email Marketing Tools: Instantly, Mailchimp, Hubspot
- Assets Creation: Lovable, Canva
- Strong analytical skills - able to turn data into decisions.
- Experience designing and running multi-channel nurture campaigns.
- Comfort working across geographies and tailoring campaigns to market needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
