Job Role/Title : Senior Project Manager

Experience Range: 19 - 22 years

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune

Department : Software & Application

Minimum Qualifications : B.E, B. Tech, MCA or equivalent experience.

Experience Level :

- Minimum of 19+ years of experience, at least 3-5 years spread between: business and technology, software development lifecycle management (SDLC) and business readiness.

Job Requirement :

- Need very senior resource who is managing overall portfolio, P&L, planning, revenue management, resource allocation, account management, team management and stakeholder management.

- The role is 1 level above the project manager, kind of Program manager role.

- It is not IC role or just scrum master, its above that.

Communications :

- Facilitates project meetings, creates, updates, and distributes project / team documentation, sends regular progress and status updates, contributes to executive level dashboards, monthly/quarterly business reviews.

- Produced weekly or bi-weekly project status report per PMO policy.

Cost management :

- Actual cost tracking, forecast/re-estimate costs, ETC, EAC, and variance management, overall valuation of the project progress and execution.

Change control :

- Using standard PMO change control process and best practices, document change control items that impact timeline, scope, resources, or dollars includes internal and external (client or vendor) events and activities.

Risk & Quality management :

- Tracking and resolving or mitigating RAID log items.

Business Readiness :

- Work with owners and stakeholders, understanding business readiness and communication / notification activities and process creation/mapping, operational turnover, release & change management support, and training plans.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain project artifacts per PMO policy, standards, and best practices.
