Requirements: - The Proposals and Bid Manager will work closely with the Director, Presales, to manage the bidding lifecycle by helping qualify requirements then meeting them with convincing, structurally profitable proposals. - What we are seeking: an articulate, thoughtful, and resourceful bid manager who can produce quality proposals and cater to the needs of the clients by understanding their problem. - What we want to avoid at all costs: someone who blindly copies and pastes existing content with no -understanding of each prospect's unique requirements. Key Responsibility: Proactively managing pursuits and helping with closing deals. - Bid Management - Analyze RFIs/ RFPs/ RFQs and attending calls with prospects, getting documents required to prepare proposals and close business that we can deliver successfully and profitably. - Gather requirements. - Prepare response for staffing Work Orders/Statement of Work. - Schedule and organize meetings with technical SMEs. - Maintain organized repository of Bid Management assets. Must-Have Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in proposal and bid management in a B2B environment. - Knowledge of the consulting services industry with experience in delivering medium-large scale projects. - Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. - Advanced PowerPoint and Excel (e.g., pivots, tables, dynamic arrays) skills. - Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire etc. as well as the overall data landscape including data warehouses, data engineering, and DS/ML/AI. Must Have Traits and Soft Skills - A Responsible, Thoughtful, and Resourceful Team Player - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across time zones and cultures. - Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
