iLabs Capital - Investment Analyst

Objective: To determine the financial and strategic viability of proposed projects through in-depth modeling, scenario planning, and risk analysis. Also responsible for preparing formal investment documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct feasibility studies combining technical, market, and financial inputs.

- Create and update financial models to assess project cost, revenue, EBITDA, IRR, and ROI.

- Structure and validate capital plans including equity, debt, and incentive schemes.

- Perform risk assessment including regulatory, market, and geopolitical risks.

- Lead due diligence efforts on locations, vendors, and business partners.

- Prepare and present Detailed Project Reports (DPR), TEV reports, and IC decks.

- Compile all data and inputs received from Market Research Analyst and Sourcing Analyst into a consolidated investment proposal.

- Support cross-functional team members in validating data and aligning with assumptions.

- Conduct financial benchmarking analysis of competitor firms (Indian, Chinese, global), including margins, EBIT, EBITDA, and Capex trends.

- Coordinate with consultants, government agencies, and internal stakeholders for project validation.

- May represent the company in government ministry follow-ups, consultant discussions, and investor presentations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in finance, engineering, or economics; MBA or CA preferred.

- 2-3 years of experience in investment analysis, consulting, or corporate strategy.

- Proven track record in financial modeling, risk analysis, and stakeholder management.
