
Job Title: Associate Vice President (AVP) Sales
Location: India (Multi-city / Based on business needs)
Reporting To: Senior Leadership / Business Head
Role Overview
The AVP Sales will lead and scale iKevas sales function, driving revenue growth across flexible workspace solutions, enterprise offices, and managed office offerings. This role demands a strategic sales leader with strong market understanding, the ability to build high-performing teams, and a proven track record of closing large, complex B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with iKevas business goals and expansion plans.
- Drive top-line revenue growth, profitability, and market share across locations.
- Own and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
Enterprise & Strategic Sales
- Lead enterprise, institutional, and large-ticket deals, including long sales cycles and customized solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic partnerships.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across regions.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability through regular reviews.
- Coach teams on negotiation, solution selling, and client relationship management.
Market Intelligence & Brand Presence
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.
- Represent iKeva at industry forums, networking events, and client engagements.
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand positioning and lead-generation efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to ensure seamless deal closures and client onboarding.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting to leadership.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical selling practices, and compliance standards.
- Drive a culture of professionalism, inclusion, and customer-centricity.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B sales leadership experience, preferably in real estate, coworking, managed offices, or related services.
- Proven ability to close high-value enterprise deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
- Data-driven decision-making and forecasting expertise.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA (mandatory) from a reputed institution
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in scaling teams and driving revenue in multi-location or high-growth businesses is a strong advantage.
