About us: Indian Institute of Technology Bombay - Development and Relations Foundation (DRF) is a not-for-profit section 8 unit. He/She will passionately undertake primary and secondary research on assigned areas, create data driven insights, manage processes and projects execution with excellence and support the ongoing strategic and tactical work of the department. He/ She will enjoy multi-tasking, dealing with various internal key stakeholders and going the extra mile as a part of work-life. Key Responsibilities: - Align with functional priorities and ensure delivery on agreed work assignments e.g. research work, project tracking, follow-throughs, action driven MIS, insightful analysis etc. - Display passionate ownership of assignments and work with exceptional commitment to timelines, accuracy and excellence - Engage with internal key stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes w.r.t. data upkeep, formal documentation, approvals etc. - Reach out to external Donors/ Alumni to build first level relationship, gather data, respond to queries, follow-through on proposals, share updates etc. - Collaborate internally with cross-functional team members and walk-the-extra-mile, extend support in ongoing intensive campaigns, events and pressing project delivery, as and when required. Desired Experience/ competencies: - 2-3 years' experience in working in research, MIS, analytics, project management etc. - Good verbal and written communication skills - MBA/ B. E./ B. Tech preferred - Association with philanthropy and fund raising is a plus - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
