About us: Indian Institute of Technology Bombay - Development and Relations Foundation (DRF) is a not-for-profit section 8 unit. IITB DRF assists fundraising endeavours by way of donor solicitations, managing donor programs, maintaining financial accounts and reporting details of all activities implemented with alumni donations. Job Purpose : Adept at strategic planning, preparing agendas, and following up on action items. Someone to possess strong quantitative problem-solving and prioritization skills. Key Responsibilities: - To Manage the overall strategy development and preparing organization monthly dashboards, and to make presentation/pitch deck. - To create financial reports, proposals, strategic project roadmap. - Creating documentation reflecting business projections etc. - Taking minutes and subsequent actionable - Generating reports and presentations for the Organization - Maintaining the current database system, and improve process flow - Coordinate communications, track and follow up on requests, and identify those of importance which require immediate attention. - Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues - Co- ordinating meetings, handling correspondence directed to CEO. Desired Experience/ competencies : - 4-8 years' experience in working in strategic management, analytics, project management etc. - Good verbal and written communication skills - MBA/ B. E./ B. Tech preferred. - Association with philanthropy and fund raising is a plus - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
