As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team and drive the evolution of our platform. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our product offerings, helping job seekers find the right opportunities and empowering employers to discover the best candidates. Role Overview: As a Product Manager, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that our job board platform meets the needs of both employers and job seekers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, manage feature development, and continually improve the user experience. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: - Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company's mission of connecting recruiters with top talent. - Prioritize and maintain a product roadmap that reflects market needs, customer feedback, and company goals. Product Development: - Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to design, develop, and launch new features that enhance the job search and hiring experience. - Define clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams. - Lead product initiatives from ideation through to delivery, ensuring timely and successful execution. Stakeholder Engagement: - Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams (sales, customer service, engineering) and external stakeholders (employers, job seekers). - Present product roadmaps and updates to senior management, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Regularly gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to drive product improvements. Market & User Research: - Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on industry trends, user behaviors, and emerging technologies in the recruitment space. - Analyze market data and user insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features. Go-to-Market & Launch Management: - Coordinate product launches, working closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that drive adoption. - Partner with sales and customer support teams to ensure they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to promote and support new features. Performance & Optimization: - Define and track key product metrics (e.g., user engagement, feature usage, conversion rates) to evaluate the performance of existing and new features. - Continuously iterate on the product based on data-driven insights and user feedback. Profile Requirements: Experience: 3-6 years of product management experience, preferably in the job board, HR tech, or recruitment industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of agile development processes and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Figma). - Experience working closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements. - Sound understanding to run mysql queries. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and make informed product decisions. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Customer Focus: Deep understanding of the recruitment market, with a passion for delivering value to both employers and job seekers. - Experience with job board platforms or other digital marketplaces (preferred)
