Your 3 KRAs:
1. Product Strategy
- Own positioning, GTM thinking, and real-world use cases
- Convert market & client feedback into product and roadmap inputs
- Create playbooks, insights, and narratives that drive adoption
2. Customer Success
- Own onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
- Partner with TA Heads, HRBPs, and C&B teams to solve real hiring problems
- Ensure customers see business impact, not just data
3. Pre-Sales Support
- Lead product demos and enterprise solutioning
- Enable Sales with sharp decks, narratives, and deal support
- Act as the product voice in strategic sales conversations
