IIFT - Lead Product Manager

Strategic Leadership: Own and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our insurtech platform.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, considering regulatory compliance and customer needs.

- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and analysts to build and enhance digital financial products.

- Possess a strong understanding of financial technologies, data analytics, and software development methodologies.

- Ensure products adhere to regulatory standards and mitigate potential risks associated with financial products.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

- Define and communicate the product roadmap, product updates, and enhancements. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and market trends.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and track performance over time.

- Continuously iterate and improve products based on feedback, market changes, and emerging technologies.
