Job Profile: - Heading the entire North and East India Talent Acquisition for IIFL with a team of Regional HR Managers & 3 Zonal HR Talent Acquisition Specialists. - Responsible for Complete recruitment and employee lifecycle management for all the verticals across North and East - Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting of manpower requirements within the South zone in consultation with business leaders. - Identify the Successor at various levels and build development interventions to groom them for the future critical resource. - Participate in the identification of key employees, their development plans & retention strategies. - Employee connect through various HR modules like branch visits, E-Connects, employee meetings, one-on-one sessions, skip level, town halls, etc., - Involved in branch reviews along with top-level managers. - Ensuring HR processes within timelines for Seamless Operations. - Joining Induction process completed within the TAT. - Role elevation Identification and execution. - Onboard headcount in the region is always maintained at 98%.
