Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role located in NCR, India for a Vice President (VP)/Deputy Vice President (DVP)/Assistant Vice President (AVP). The VP/DVP/AVP will be responsible for on board to new HNI, UHNI & Family Offices , and day-to-day management and strategic leadership in the organization.



Key Responsibilities:



- Lead the onboarding and relationship management of HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients, ensuring their financial goals are comprehensively met.



- Develop and implement tailored financial planning, equity, commodity, currency broking, and portfolio management solutions aligned with client needs.



- Collaborate with internal teams including retail brokerage, investment banking, mutual funds distribution, and alternative investment funds to provide integrated financial solutions.



- Drive client engagement by offering holistic advisory services, including investment banking access, research insights, and corporate access opportunities.



- Maintain deep knowledge of diverse investment products and financial market trends to offer proactive, informed advice.



- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.



- Champion technology adoption within client servicing processes to enhance efficiency and portfolio tracking capabilities.



- Provide strategic leadership to the team, fostering a client-centric culture that supports business growth and operational excellence.



- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective client segments, leveraging the company's extensive network and product offerings.



- Liaise with institutional equities and alternative investment fund teams to align client portfolios with broader market opportunities.



- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates and strategic reviews to clients and senior management.



Qualifications & Skills:



- Proven experience managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios.



- Strong expertise in investment products, financial planning, and portfolio management.



- Excellent leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities.



- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.



- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and regulatory compliance.



- Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.



- Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields preferred.



- Prior experience in financial services industry is mandatory.
