About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager Construction Finance to drive business growth and manage end-to-end construction finance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developer financing, credit coordination, project evaluation, and stakeholder management within the BFSI or housing finance sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive lead generation and sourcing of construction finance proposals
- Conduct preliminary eligibility assessment of projects and developers
- Prepare and review :
1. Evaluation Sheets
2. Term Sheets
3. Financial proposals and project assessments
- Coordinate with the credit team for query resolution and approval processes
- Conduct developer meetings and project site visits for due diligence and relationship management
- Facilitate coordination with legal and technical teams for loan processing and execution
- Support execution of loan agreements and documentation
- Follow up with developers for collection of :
1. PDDs (Post Disbursement Documents)
2. OSD requirements and compliance documentation
- Assist in post-disbursement monitoring and site visits
- Coordinate for subsequent disbursement processing and compliance adherence
- Process and issue NOCs for projects
- Ensure collection of Processing Fees and IMD
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, internal stakeholders, and channel partners
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5-10 years of experience in Construction Finance/Real Estate Financing/Project Finance
- Strong understanding of developer funding and construction finance processes
- Experience in credit evaluation, project assessment, and loan documentation
- Good understanding of legal, technical, and compliance requirements in construction finance
- Experience coordinating with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, or Real Estate Financing firms
- Understanding of real estate market dynamics and project funding structures
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred
