Zonal Trainer - Develop training programs for new and existing products, ensuring that they meet the needs of the product development and sales teams. - Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary improvements. - Imparting Orientation Sessions across the locations - Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning courses. - Collaborate with the product development, policies and sales teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with roadmap and strategies. - Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including product development, sales, policies and support teams, to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the training programs. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Requirements: - Open to travel across the region - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Experience in developing e-learning courses and other training materials.
