Key Job Responsibilities:

- Lead generation of CF proposals

- Preliminary eligibility assessment.

- Preparation of Evaluation sheet & Term sheet

- Resolution of queries from credit

- Conducting developer meeting & site visit

- Facilitating credit team and legal team for loan agreement execution

- Follow-up with developer for collection of PDDs / OSD

- Facilitating post disbursement site visits and monitoring.

- Assisting credit team for subsequent disbursement Process and compliances.

- Processing and issuance of NOC of the project

- Collecting Processing Fee & IMD.

- Execution of Loan Documentation.

- Coordinating with internal teams (Legal & Technical Teams)

Essential Capabilities: He will be responsible for origination of CF proposals, identifying viable developer projects, relationship management, and business development for CF funding for West Zone (Mumbai, Pune & Surat).

Preferred Capabilities: - MBA or CA
