Job Title: Senior Program Manager - Digital Transformation Initiatives

Department: Digital & Technology

Location: Gurgaon - Strictly work from office

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Education: MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive high-impact digital initiatives across the organization - including the onboarding and implementation of platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, enterprise digital systems, and other vendor-led technology solutions.

This role is a blend of Program Management and Product Ownership, requiring a strategic thinker who can also deep dive into execution, product design, and stakeholder management. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of digital transformation programs that improve business efficiency, customer experience, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Governance:

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of new digital initiatives across business and technology teams.

- Define clear objectives, success metrics, and delivery milestones for each program.

- Establish program governance frameworks and track progress through dashboards, reports, and reviews.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

- Own vendor evaluation, onboarding, and delivery management for enterprise-level digital solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics and related ecosystems (Power Platform, Customer 360, etc.).

- Coordinate with internal business heads, IT, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

- Negotiate deliverables, SLAs, and implementation timelines with vendors and partners.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Act as the bridge between business and technology teams for organization-level transformation initiatives.

- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership teams with clarity and accountability.

- Ensure that business goals are achieved within the defined time, cost, and quality parameters.
