Policy and Process Manager - Mortgage Loans

Job Responsibilities:

Formulation and Assessment of Policies and Procedures:

For business and volume Enhancement while maintaining an appropriate balance between risk involved and expected returns:

- Formulation, assessment and implementation of risk policies & processes based on competition benchmarking, delinquency analysis, industry trends in line with the business requirements.

- Define & shape the customer experience, deliver new features and products.

- Interfacing with different internal departments for conceptualization, development and launch of programs.

In compliance with the laid down norms of regulatory authorities i.e Reserve Bank of India and National Housing Board:

- Developing new alliance strategies, conceptualization with testing of business line products/services and controls to ensure compliance with regulators and attainment of desired business results.

Portfolio Performance and Analysis:

- Periodic Review of the portfolio on the multiple parameters to analyze and mitigate all the associated credit and operational risks.

- Develop data visualization & summarization techniques to convey key findings in dashboards and presentations to senior management.

Process Digitization:

- Evaluation of internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and improvements in digital Process to streamline and create error free process flow.

- Collaborate with the IT team, developers & Marketing team to ensure project execution.

- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects & Coordinate on cross-project activities.

- Propose modification / redevelopment of strategies as required.

- Research, learn and always remain updated on latest trends digital space and technical development and leverage these into the propositions and proposals.

- Understanding & creating the flow diagram for the product (s) life cycle

Audit findings validation and updating policies:

Internal Audit:

- Drafting the master audit check list to be followed by the internal audit team.

- Monitoring and analysis of the audit observations and re-developing the checklist basis the outcome.

- System and Policy development and integration to resolve the audit observations and process enhancement.

External Audit :

- Continuously Interacting with external auditors for the resolution of queries raised.
