Through their strategic partnerships they provide expertise along with customized solutions that reduce the cost and risk of critical shared services such as: Customer Service, HR, IT, Field Services, Project Management, and many others. - In this role the person will practice Manage the vertical ( IFS) globally, including P&L responsibility, manage revenue stream with a strong team, do pre-sales of enterprise solutions including bid management, responsible for talent acquisition & global team management, set up alliance partnership and managing the same,setting competencies for newer ERP products, program/project Management, ERP Consulting & bring to table the domain expertise - The individual has to manage IFS implementation with a Global team, manage large & key accounts, develop strategy and oversee multiple solution architecture, will be responsible for for building the team, skills enhancements, coaching of Project Managers and Consulting Managers and Pre sales involvement to drive service sales Work experience: 16 plus years required and exposure to IFS highly preferred
