
Description:
- Identify prospective clients exact needs through questioning, observation, and a full sales survey.
- Entertain prospective clients, where possible combining this with visits to existing satisfied customers.
- Liaise closely with operational staff on all details for a prospective new contract and gain their agreement.
- Maintain communication with the client once the contract is opened and show ongoing interest in the operation.
- Complete a daily/weekly log of all activities.
- Analyze statistics to identify key sales areas, problems, and success rates.
- Research prospective client details to ensure a professional approach.
- Monitor and stay aware of competitor activity.
- Present realistic proposals to prospective clients after thoroughly researching cost factors to ensure feasibility.
- Stay alert to new business opportunities and take action on them.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- 2-5 years of management experience with leading IT, Software, Hospitality companies, or OTA experience.
- Superior presentation skills, strong written communication, and problem-solving abilities at both strategic and functional levels.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals effectively.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fluid and dynamic environment and effectively deal with ambiguity
