
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist

Position Purpose:
At IDP Education, we're looking for a data-driven CRO Specialist to help optimise the digital customer journeys for our global brands-IELTS and IDP Education Student Placement.
You'll play a key role in improving booking rates, lead generation, and overall user experience across our websites and apps. With over 100 million users and 2 million app downloads annually, this is a unique opportunity to test ideas at scale and make a global impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Conversion Rate Optimisation Strategy:
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Use tools like Microsoft Clarity and Convert to identify opportunities and run A/B tests.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Analytics teams to implement and test changes.
- Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
CRO Implementation:
- Help establish internal processes and best practices for CRO.
- Support the rollout of CRO improvements across global websites and apps.
- Build and deploy both simple and advanced CRO experiments
Global Collaboration:
- Work with regional and country teams to understand market nuances and test new ideas.
- Share learnings and best practices across teams.
Customer First:
- Understand user needs and behaviours to inform CRO strategies.
- Use customer labs and feedback forums to validate ideas.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Ensure proper tracking and data availability for CRO initiatives.
- Monitor and report on test performance and conversion metrics.
- Maintain documentation of tests and outcomes.
About You:
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, with direct experience altering code.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Clarity and Convert A/B Testing tool or similar testing tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering data-backed recommendations.
