- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Here's what your day would look like...

Strategic Planning:


- Lead the development of the company's strategic plan in alignment with business objectives, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Strategic Initiatives:


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and finance to develop and execute strategic initiatives.


- Facilitate communication and alignment across departments to ensure successful implementation of strategies.

Performance Monitoring:


- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.


- Monitor and evaluate performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation

Market Analysis:


- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.


- Provide insights to senior management to support decision-making processes.


- Stay informed about relevant regulations issued by government bodies such as RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory authorities.


- Assess the impact of regulatory changes on the company's operations and strategic direction.


- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate associated risks.

Mergers & Acquisitions:


- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions through market research and analysis.


- Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate the feasibility and impact of strategic initiatives.


- Lead the M&A process, including target identification, due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning.

Investor Relations:


- Serve as a key point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.


- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and materials for investor communications.


- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and events.

Fundraising:


- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop fundraising strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.
