Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager Sales to drive revenue growth for our Background Verification business.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands enterprise B2B sales, has deep exposure to BGV solutions, and can independently own accounts, opportunities, and outcomes without excessive hand-holding.

What Youll Do

- Own end-to-end sales for BGV solutions across mid-market and enterprise accounts

- Drive new business acquisition while expanding wallet share within existing accounts

- Engage senior stakeholders across HR, TA, Compliance, Risk, and Operations

- Understand client hiring workflows and position IDfys BGV solutions accordingly

- Build strong deal pipelines through self-sourced leads, referrals, and existing networks

- Work closely with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to close complex deals

- Stay current on industry regulations, fraud trends, and onboarding best practices

What Were Looking For

Must-Have

- 5 - 8 years of overall B2B sales experience with at least 5 years selling Background Verification / Screening solutions

- Proven experience closing platform / solution-led sales (not transactional selling)

- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder selling

- Ability to independently manage accounts across levels and hierarchies

- Self-starter mindset comfortable operating with high ownership and ambiguity

Good to Have

- Experience selling to large enterprises, GCCs, or staffing-heavy organizations

- Exposure to adjacent domains: HRTech, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Trust & Safety


- Existing network within HR / Talent Acquisition leadership
