At IDfy, we don't just market products-we make an impact. You'll be at the helm of our product campaigns, crafting messaging that connects and drives action. You'll blend the art of storytelling with the science of data, bringing our products to life and ensuring they resonate with the right audience. This isn't just about launching campaigns; it's about shaping the narrative and driving measurable growth.
Here's what your day will look like -
- Partner with sales teams on client calls to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Manage product operations team to ensure smooth execution of client implementations.
- Own the end-to-end KYC product lifecycle-from requirement gathering to go-live, adoption, and optimization.
- Define and track KPIs for product usage, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build scalable, API-first KYC solutions.
- Monitor regulatory updates and industry trends to ensure the product stays compliant and competitive.
- Contribute to pre-sales conversations, creating demos, prototypes, and client-specific solutions.
We are the match if you -
- Have 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B fintech, SaaS, or compliance/AML/KYC products.
- Are well-versed with APIs-both for product design and client integration.
- Have experience managing a small team, including product operations or analysts.
- Enjoy working closely with sales and client teams to understand requirements before products go live.
- Are data-driven and can translate client insights into actionable product improvements.
- Can balance strategic thinking and tactical execution-you'll define the roadmap and also get involved in day-to-day delivery.
- Communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
