As a Manager - Sales at IDfy, you'll be expected to hustle, think fast, and own the entire sales cycle - from finding the lead to closing the deal. No one's handing you a playbook. You build your own pipeline, navigate client orgs, handle objections, and keep moving. This is a high-speed, high-ownership role for people who like winning, not whining.

- Have B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or platforms).
- Are a self-starter - you don't wait for instructions, you chase outcomes.
- Love the thrill of the hunt - finding leads, getting in the door, and building value from scratch.
- Can take a "no" from a client and bounce back with twice the energy.
- Work fast, smart, and independently - you can handle ambiguity and don't need handholding.
- Communicate clearly and crisply - in emails, meetings, and pitches.
- Are able to build relationships with mid-to-senior stakeholders and run structured sales conversations.
- Are organized - your pipeline is real, your follow-ups are sharp, and your CRM hygiene is solid.
- Bonus: You've sold into financial services, fintech, gig economy, or other fast-moving sectors.
Here's What Your Day Will Look Like.
- Identify and go after new logo opportunities in your territory or vertical.
- Run end-to-end sales cycles - from cold outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Understand client pain points and map them to IDfy's product suite.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to solution effectively.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to shape your pitch.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and sales reporting in the CRM.
- Share feedback from the ground to help shape GTM strategy and product priorities.
- Own your number. You're measured on outcomes, not effort.
