
About:
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking ability.
- Demonstrated business acumen - understands the "why" behind features, prioritises for business impact, and can break down user problems to drive user-centric solutions.
- Experience shipping SaaS platforms that delivered measurable business outcomes and improved user efficiency.
- Experience performing customer research to deeply understand user needs and translate insights into actionable opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and visualisation skills - ability to distill complex business requirements into clear and actionable product features.
- Working knowledge of LLMs and modern RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
- Basic prompting skills using leading models like Claude, GPT, or similar.
- Practical experience in writing detailed PRDs, defining user stories, and setting clear acceptance criteria for technical teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Jira or similar product management tools for sprint planning and backlog management.
It's an added plus if you also have:
- Hands-on ownership or contribution to AI-based features/modules, such as document intelligence, knowledge management systems, AI-driven workflow automation, smart search and retrieval systems, orrisk and compliance automation usingAI.
- Exposure to privacy, security, or compliance-focused products.
- Comfort working with design tools like Figma and create quick prototypes using any modern AI tools
