Role/Job Title : Product Manager - CMS Business : Transaction Banking Group Function/ Department : TBG-CMS Product Place of work : Mumbai Job Purpose : The job purpose is to develop, structure, and customize Cash Management products/services such as Payments, Collections, Liquidity, Channels, etc. The role also involves providing best-in-class solutions to clients and conducting research on new product development and market situations on a continuous basis. 1. Define the vision by researching Fin-techs, Banking, E-commerce, and other leading apps to find the best fit experience for customers in all tech and non-tech aspects. 2. Manage the product backlog by defining, detailing, and prioritizing the product backlog across the financial year with a quantitative and qualitative view of the value being delivered periodically. Key Responsibilities : 1. Ideate, innovate and implement new products relevant to the ecosystem with twin benefits to Bank and customer. 2. Engage customers through the funnel and implement business funnels. 3. Integrate with Fin-techs and partnerships. 4. Manage the product/feature backlog. 5. Prioritize delivery. 6. Manage squad-level cost and efficiency. 7. Manage productivity and capacity. 8. Ensure UI/UX and accessibility. 9. Manage bugs backlog. 10. Overcome delivery and internal impediments. 11. Enable campaigns. 12. Enable customer communication. 13. Create value for the end-user. 14. Prioritize backlog. Key Success Metrics : The key success metrics are project-based delivery and measuring agreed outcomes in a time-bound manner. Desired Profile: 4-7 years' experience and BE or MBA graduate.
