Role summary and key responsibilities: - Our liabilities business is presently one of the fastest growing in the industry both in terms of customers and size of the book, coming on the back of superior product proposition and industry leading digital capabilities - In next few years, we want to grow the liabilities book by at least 4-5x. In line with overall strategy of the bank, we will build and scale up truly transformational digital, analytics and organizational capabilities which will enable us to acquire high quality customer base and then build deep banking relationship with them to drive this growth - As part of this ambition, we want to create country's best digital-led engagement channels to service and engage our most premium customers. - The operating model for this engagement channel and portfolio management would be significantly differentiated from traditional setups both in terms of people and tech capabilities. - Our intent is to go to market and differentiate our product in the market on the back of the experience and engagement delivered through this channel for our customers We are looking to hire a strong member in the tech and capabilities team who would be a key enabler to non-linearly scale our digital engagement channel. You will report directly to the Head of COE. You will be responsible for the tech & digital capability build for internal users (all RMs including branch RMs and virtual RMs) 1. Identify new products, platforms, tools and features to be built, prioritize and create product roadmap - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features - Collaborate with stakeholders, including relationship managers and technology teams, to gather requirements and prioritize them based on business value, customer impact, and strategic goals - Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy and objectives 2. Collaborate with design, content and agency teams to conduct user research & ensure customer experience-driven design - Work closely with design teams to conduct internal user research and gather insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points - Use this research to inform the design and development of user-centric features and enhancements - Collaborate with design teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience 3. Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team - Translate user needs, business requirements, and other considerations into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria - Collaborate with development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and expected outcomes 4. Incorporate customer & business feedback into product roadmaps, effectively negotiating tradeoffs & conflicting priorities 5. Co-own the on ground adoption of all technology with the channel, identify design hacks, implement feedback loop with users to drive product improvements - Act as a champion for the system, driving user adoption and engagement by identifying design hacks and implementing user feedback to improve the product - Establish and maintain a feedback loop with users to ensure continuous improvement and address any usability or functionality issues Key skills and background: - Strong experience in building technology, preferably in consumer/ banking/ fintech products - Hustler, with challenger mindset & passion to challenge status quo to find innovative solutions to drive out of the box ideas - Believer in entrepreneurial culture of brutal ownership, transparency, and trust - Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
