Identity Governance Business Analyst - Contractual

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire.

Location: Remote in India.

Required Skills & Experience

Educational Background:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role (typically 5+ years).

- Identity Governance experience is a must have including experience with Sailpoint or Savyint.

- Experience working in the retail industry is a plus.

- Experience working for a big 4 Consulting Firm (PWC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG).

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is preferred.

- Experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques.

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently as needed.

- Our current IGA environment has been shaped by numerous successful M&A transactions, intricate global and regional business processes, legacy IGA components, and significant volumes of data.

- With years of legacy, the current landscape has become untenable and necessitates a highly scalable and modern platform.

- We are looking for seasoned IGA professionals to aid our multiyear efforts for transition towards the envisioned target state landscape.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate :

- Very strong understanding of identity governance (including JML, RBAC, Access Requests, Access Certifications etc.

- Experience of having completed several assignments for large organizations as a Business Analyst within this sphere.

- Experience with data analysis and visualization techniques.
