- We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven PMO Analyst to join our Project Management Office.

- The successful candidate will leverage their business acumen from an MBA and their 4-6 years of professional experience to drive project and portfolio governance, provide critical data-driven insights to senior management, and ensure project alignment with strategic business objectives.

- This role is a key bridge between project execution and executive-level decision-making.

- Portfolio Management & Reporting (Data Analyst, Insights Generation)

- Performance Monitoring: Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data across the entire portfolio (KPIs, budget, schedule, resource utilization) using advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (e., Power BI, Tableau).

- Insight Generation: Prepare and deliver high-impact, executive-level reports and slide decks that clearly communicate project status, variances, and strategic portfolio health to senior stakeholders and the Leadership Team.

- Financial Tracking: Conduct detailed budget forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-benefit tracking for programs and projects, ensuring financial data is accurate and aligned with organizational goals.

- Process Implementation: Develop, enforce, and maintain project management standards, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), templates, and tools across all departments to ensure consistency and quality.

- Risk and Issue Management (RAID): Own the centralized RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) for the portfolio, actively tracking, escalating, and coordinating with Project Managers for timely resolution.

- Audit and Compliance: Facilitate and support project governance activities, including Stage Gate reviews, project audits, and compliance checks, ensuring all documentation meets internal and regulatory standards.

- Strategic Alignment & Coordination (Cross-Functional Team Collaboration)

- Resource Optimization: Support resource capacity planning and allocation across multiple projects to optimize utilization, prevent bottlenecks, and ensure the right skills are assigned to priority initiatives.

- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central communication hub, coordinating and facilitating key project governance forums ( Working Groups, Operational Committees, Steering Committees) and ensuring transparent information flow between project teams and executive sponsors.

- Process Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies in existing project delivery processes and recommend/implement improvements and automation to enhance PMO maturity and project delivery effectiveness.

Experience and Background:

- Experience: 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), Program Management, or a Project Coordination/Consulting role focused on governance, reporting, and process.

- Education: Full-time MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School.

- PMO/Portfolio Exposure: Proven experience in portfolio analysis, managing data across a group of projects, and reporting to senior or C-suite executives.

- Methodologies: Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
