Job Title : Senior Manager - Tourism

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 8-12 years

- The candidate will be required to carry out site visits to selected tourist destinations, understand the context, and strategize in the development of design presentations.

- Candidate shall provide sustainable development strategies and innovative solutions for tourism destination development with an in-depth understanding of relevant policies, guidelines, and best practices.

- The candidate should be able to handle multiple assignments of Tourism Development in parallel.

The candidate is required to have the following eligibility:

1. Bachelor's in Architecture with Master's in Architecture / Urban Design with over 8 years of experience.

2. Exceptional work track record of qualified work experience

3. Experience in working on large-scale tourism and destination developments

4. Technical knowledge to deliver varied scales and types of projects.

The candidate's role and responsibilities are not limited to the following:

1. Lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously

2. Handle projects and coordinate with the client, internal team, and external sub-consultants

3. Ensure timely delivery of submissions without any delay

4. Offer new design ideas, solutions, and prepare well-researched concept presentations

5. Flag any issues that may arise in the project, take ownership, and work with the team to resolve it

6. Develop an action plan in response to changing project requirements

7. Prepare reports, presentations, and renderings is required.

8. Proficiency in software such as MS Office, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite is a must.

9. Willingness to adapt to any given reasonable circumstances

10. Manage time efficiently and prioritize work schedules

11. Maintain high documentation standards and present high-quality deliverables
