Job Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of roles within our engineering manufacturing firm.

- You'll be instrumental in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent for our R&D functions, leveraging various platforms and your strong networking skills.

- If you have a proven track record in technical recruiting, especially for Software, Mechanical, Electronics & Electrical disciplines, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and publish compelling job advertisements across various job portals.

- Network actively with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during industry events.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish precise qualification criteria for future employees.

- Efficiently screen resumes and job applications, identifying suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial phone screens to generate shortlists of highly qualified candidates.

- Interview candidates in-person for diverse roles, spanning junior, senior, and executive levels.

- Track key hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, to optimize processes.

- Host and actively participate in job fairs to attract talent.

- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.

- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or a similar role.

- Mandatory experience in hiring for the R&D function within Software, Mechanical, Electronics & Electrical disciplines for an Engineering Manufacturing firm.

- Hands-on experience with major job sites such as Naukri, Monster, and Indeed.

- Proficient knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) and niche professional websites (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow).

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
