
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in State Police, Municipal Corporations, SEZs, Expressway Authorities, PSUs, and large private industrial clients.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet assigned revenue targets.
- Collaborate with partner ecosystem and internal operations to deliver seamless POC/pilot programs and customer onboarding.
- Draft techno-commercial proposals, SLAs, and pricing models suited to customer need and policy frameworks.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and closure reporting.
- Provide field feedback to Product and Operations for service optimization and new use-case development.
- Represent ideaForge at key government, smart city, drone policy, and industry events in the region.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors/Master's degree in Engineering/Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven success in selling services/technology solutions to government departments (Police, Urban Development, Transport, etc.) or industrial clients.
- Familiarity with RFP-driven sales cycles, public procurement processes (GEM, CPPP, GFR norms), and Drone as a Service or AMC-style models is highly preferred.
- Past exposure to smart city, GIS/mapping, IoT/surveillance, or security technology solutions is a strong advantage.
